1. Regulations
To validate your stay, please make full payment for your stay on www.parceltinyhouse-boncadeau.com . The amount of the stay will be debited from your credit card in full upon booking.
2. Withdrawal
You have a legal period of 7 days following the date of the reservation to cancel your purchase. This delay does not apply for last minute reservations; ie for a stay taking place within 15 days or less of the date of purchase. In the event of cancellation, we will charge an administrative fee equivalent to 5% of the amount of the reservation.
3. Means of payment accepted
We only accept payment by credit card: Mastercard, Visa and American Express on our website www.parceltinyhouse.com
4. Modification or cancellation
An impediment ? Before canceling your stay, we offer you the possibility of postponing it.
We modify according to availability your dates of stay, free of charge, 15 days before your arrival.
If no other date suits you and you really wish to cancel your stay, please send us your request by e-mail to contact@parceltinyhouse.com including your reservation number.
More than 15 days before your arrival: you will be reimbursed free of charge
Between 7 and 15 days before your arrival: you will be reimbursed 50% of your reservation
Less than 7 days before your arrival: non-refundable
No refund will be made for people who do not show up for the stay or unused nights. Please note that we cannot cancel or postpone your stay due to inclement weather.
The owner will do his best to ensure that the cabin is available as reserved. However, the owner reserves the right to modify the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Purchase and reservation with a gift voucher
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. You must imperatively make a reservation via the site www.parceltinyhouse-boncadeau.com . Gift vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable and cannot be used by a third party.
6. Capacity
The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our prices corresponds to the maximum occupancy authorized taking into account the equipment available. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
7. Rates
The prices displayed on the website and on social networks include taxes or VAT. Only the rates on our website are valid. The tourist tax is to be added to the price including VAT displayed.
8. Minors
It is possible to come with a child to the Ferme de Garance, the Ferme de Kerbastard and in Champagne. A single bed will be available in the Tiny House. A cot (up to 3 years old) can be made available at the Ferme de Garance, at the Ferme de Kerbastard and in Champagne.
9. Animals
Our dog friends are allowed at the Ferme de Garance, the Ferme de Kerbastard and in Champagne. 1 dog or 2 dogs of 10kg max per Tiny, 25€ per stay. We ask the owners to ensure compliance with the rules of cleanliness inside and outside the cabin. The owners will be held responsible in the event of an incident with the farm animals, please keep an eye on your doggie in the heart of the farm.
10. Valuables
We recommend not leaving valuables in the Tiny Houses. Parcel declines all responsibility in the event of theft and deterioration of personal items in the accommodation or on the surrounding private domain.
11. Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes
For the well-being of all, it is forbidden to smoke inside the tiny houses. You can smoke outside, making sure to use the ashtray provided. Alcohol consumption should be done in moderation.
12. Camping, fire and barbecue
It is strictly forbidden to camp or light a fire on the property adjacent to the Tiny House
13. Noise pollution
Your stay takes place on a private domain, so it is important to respect the calm and tranquility of the place by minimizing your noise level.
14. Arrivals and departures
On the day of your arrival, from 3 p.m. you can collect the keys in the key box located on the tiny house and enjoy your stay as soon as possible. On the day of your departure, the Tiny House must be vacated before 11 a.m. You are asked to leave the place as clean as possible and to return the keys to the key box.
15. Dispute
In the event of a dispute, either the jurisdiction of your place of residence at the time of signing the contract, or the jurisdiction of the Court of Bordeaux is recognized. By accepting these general conditions of sale, I accept the risks associated with living in the heart of nature and its hazards: variable weather, presence of insects, birds and mammals near the tiny houses.
